Refund Policy

It is recommended that you open the shipment as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damage. If there is just one part missing or damaged, please contact warranty@rtaproducts.com for a replacement part.

If you would like to return your chair, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and then ship the items back to us within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be given if the RA# is missing.

Changed your mind? Please contact support@rtaproducts.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once the chair has been received in our facility, an inspection of the chair will take place. If the package is still factory sealed, we will provide a full refund. If the package was opened, and/or the chair has been assembled, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Product delivered defective or damaged beyond repair? Please take pictures of the damage or defect and contact our support team at support@rtaproducts.com or call 1 (866) 782-5520 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Techni Sport will then provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be returned in its original box. Upon receiving your return in our facility, the item will be inspected and you may choose to exchange your item or request a full refund.

Please allow a minimum of 30 days to complete your refund. We are unable to issue refunds for products returned that have been soiled, accidentally damaged or returned with parts missing.
