Shipped quickly and was super simple to put together. This is my ever first office chair I've picked out for myself! It's extremely cute. I love the Valentine details and the iridescent trim is truly lovely. I had my eye on this chair for several months and am very happy I finally decided to purchase.
As a designer, there's a couple of aesthetic things I would change based on personal preference (I am quite clumsy, so I worry about the predominant color being white!), but that does not affect my overall rating of the chair.
I do wish the arm height was adjustable or that the arms could be easily removed/re-attached depending upon your mood. I often prefer to sit cross-legged while I work, so this option would be a perk for me. Just a note for anyone who may be looking for this feature.
I really like my chair. I use it when I sew and it is very comfortable.

TS40 TechniLOVE Gaming Chair
Mostly I love the way this chair looks. It's really cute! It's also really comfy. I have sat in it for quite a few hours each day the past week and I have no complaints. I'm happy I found a chair wide enough that I can cross my legs while I sit in it!
TechniLOVE gaming chair is beautiful. Myself and my 12 year old daughter were able to put it together until it came to securing the armrests to the seat back. No matter what we did we just could not get the holes to match up with the holes that were precut on the sides of the chair. We ended up having to make our own holes which caused me a fair amount of anxiety. This is one of the reasons I did not rate it a 5 star. The other would be customer service. I purchased several items. The next day they went on sale and I contacted customer support by email asking for a possible credit or price adjustment. Never ever got a response but I did get about 10 emails asking me to rate their products. So In my opinion customer service response is less than par.
