Needs straps

for the lumbar pillow needs them. and horizontal straps for the headrest. Otherwise not bad

I like the normal neck and lumbar support set that came with my chair, but I *L O V E* the memory foam set. I have been recommending them to all of my Techni family as the upgrade is worth it! Thank you for making awesome, comfy, and great-looking products!

Exceeded my expectations

My ONLY complaint with the lumbar pillow is that with the TS61 it forces my back to be at a strange angle. So I would say that's a cushion / chair mismatch.
