Please note that we only accept returns when purchased directly from us on If your purchase was made through other resellers, please contact the respective reseller for assistance. 

We're committed to ensuring you're delighted with your Techni Sport experience, and we'll do everything we can to make it right!



  • Products must not have incurred damage post-delivery.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging or similar 100% “unassembled.”
  • Returns must be received in our warehouse within a 30-day validity period.
  • All parts and accessories must be intact, and parts should show no obvious signs of use.



  • Start the return process by contacting our customer service team at
  • Provide your ORDER number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Upon approval, if necessary, we'll provide you with a return shipping label.
  • You are responsible for its shipping fees and costs. Box must be marked as RETURN
  • You must provide us with the return box tracking within 7 days of shipment.
  • Carefully package the item, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back to us.



  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification confirming its arrival and the status of your refund.
  • If your return meets our criteria, we'll process your refund within 14 days, crediting the original payment method.



  • If the items you return display excessive wear and tear, beyond what's typically expected for trying them out for suitability, such as excessive handling, or if the packaging is damaged and cannot be reused, we may deduct from your refund the diminished value of our goods as reasonably determined due to your overhandling or damage caused to the items (including their packaging).


Please adhere to our return instructions diligently. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to the correct location in good condition. We cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged during transit or rejected due to being sent to an incorrect address. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against potential loss or damage, and you will be responsible for initiating any insurance claims with the carriers. Please note that all refund amounts and return determinations made by Techni Sport are conclusive and final.


  • ORDERS CANCELLATIONS: orders can be canceled at any time ONLY IF it has not shipped, meaning that tracking information has not been provided via e-mail or text.
  • CANCEL VIA E-MAIL: You can “only” cancel via e-mail to orders@rtaproducts.comNOTE: Make sure to always include your ORDER#. Without that information, orders will not be canceled.
  • NOTE: Should the product have been placed inside the truck for shipping and can’t be removed on time or it has already been shipped prior to your e-mail, BUYER will be responsible for its return plus original order shipping costs.
  • All boxes returned must be marked as “RETURN / RMA#”
  • BOX INTERCEPTION FEE: Orders canceled "AFTER" the package has been shipped will be charged a "$20 Package Interception Fee" in order to return it to our warehouse. This fee will be deducted from the purchase price; the whole refund will be processed once the package has been returned to our warehouse by the carrier.
  • CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST: address change request "AFTER" an order was shipped will incur a "$20/ box Change of Address Fee". The charge is PER BOX / TRACKING #, if 2 boxes shipped, then you will be charged $40.
  • PROMOTION PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Only by request with proof of purchase from website.
  • Non-delivery / Lost package: Notify our team by e-mail at WITHIN 5 DAYS of delivery ETA notification provided by the carrier.
    1. Techni Sport will open an investigation with the carrier for loss or incorrect delivery of the package. Our team will advise about actions being taken involving package trace.
    2. Should the carrier provide “signed” proof of delivery and confirm delivery to the buyer’s provided address, Techni Sport will not replace or issue a refund. It is up to the buyer’s responsibility to locate the package.
    3. Techni Sport will not initiate an investigation any time AFTER 10 DAYS of initial carrier ETA notification, nor will provide a refund or replacement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to locate the package or contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  • TERMS OF USE: Techni Sport can cancel, at its discretion, orders and refund customer's money because of pricing errors or for any reason.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyers are responsible for their own country’s import duties and local taxes.

> Black Friday / Cyber Monday/ 24hr Flash Sales: Due to the time-sensitive and short duration of these specific sales, price adjustments will not be allowed.

RTA Products, LLC has warranted the Techni Sport products to the original purchaser who acquired a new product from RTA Products or its authorized re-sellers of the product against defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of defective product components or materials as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to merchandise purchased in the Continental United States and excludes AK, HI, and PR. No assembly labor is included. The word "defects" as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product.

Replacement Parts under Warranty for International / AK-HI-PR orders: RTA Products will replace the part free of charge, while the customer is responsible for shipping costs plus any International local taxes or duties.

Warranty for International orders - replacement parts: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs plus any local taxes or duties.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, wear & tear, negligence, unreasonable use, or exposure. 

Internal metal frame*: Refers to the internal metal steel structure of the seat and back only

Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the extent that exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.

RTA Products does not warrant: a) natural variations in character marks b) changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light c) marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather d) failure resulting from normal wear and tear e) the matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials f) the colorfastness or the matching of textiles, including an exact match to cuttings or to swatch cards g) damage, marking, or staining of veneer surfaces due to contact with rubber or similar compounds, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight h) we do not warrant products that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

RTA Products shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental or consequential damages.

Any modification to the original product voids the warranty. We do not warrant the performance of the product when used in combination with other than original products.

This product has been designed for and is intended for office, home-office, and gaming use only. This warranty is the Original Purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and this warranty does not extend to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributed to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modifications of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or extended here under is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty or merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.


To file a Claim within the 48 contiguous United States: Email us at to explain the defect and provide your name, address, phone number, model number of our product, date and place, and proof of purchase. Please provide pictures of the damage or defect.

If we determine that a replacement will remedy the situation, and in order to determine the extent or the cause of the defect, the purchaser may be requested to send the part in question at the purchaser’s expense. Once we receive the part, we will examine it and determine whether the claim is valid (or not), and then proceed to send the replacement. We will ship the replacement at our expense.

Replacement Parts for International Customers & AK-HI-PR orders:

RTA Products will replace the part free of charge, while the customer is responsible for shipping costs plus any International and local taxes or duties.
