It is recommended that you open the Box as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damages.

STOP- DO NOT RETURN: If you are not satisfied with your TechniSport product, please give us the chance to work with you to correct it. Before returning the product, keep in mind that our chairs are covered by our 2 Year warranty or otherwise as indicated in our general warranty page.  Send an e-mail to warranty@rtaproducts.com with the description of the issue and the warranty customer support team will answer you to correct any issues, please allow for 24 hours.

  • Original Box - Unassembled
  • Additional 10%fee may apply based on the condition when returned
  • Chair is to be returned unassembled and packaged back into the original shipped box
  • Additional 10% may apply based on the condition when returned
  • 100% of hardware parts must be included

REFUNDS

  • REFUND WILL BE SENT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF INSPECTION/RETURN.
  • REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED TO PURCHASE
  • ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE FINAL


ORDERS INFORMATION:

  • Orders Cancellations: orders can be cancelled at any time ONLY IF it has not shipped, meaning that tracking information has not been provided via e-mail or text. You can cancel via e-mail to orders@rtaproducts.com or CALL 866-782-5520
  • NOTE: Should the product been placed inside the truck for shipping and can’t be removed on time or it has already been shipped prior to your call or e-mail, BUYER will be responsible for its return plus order shipping costs. All boxes returned must be marked as “RETURN/ RMA#”
  • PROMOTION PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Price adjustments will be allowed within 7 days prior to promotion launch date. Only by request with proof of purchase from techsnisportusa.com
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyer are responsible for their own country’s import duties and local taxes.
