It is recommended that you open the Box as soon as possible and inspect for concealed damages.
STOP - DO NOT RETURN: If you are not satisfied with your Techni Sport product, please give us the chance to work with you to correct it. Before returning the product, keep in mind that our chairs are covered by our 2 Year warranty or otherwise as indicated in our general warranty page. Send an e-mail to support@technisportusa.com with the description of the issue and the warranty customer support team will answer you to correct any issues, please allow for 24 hours.

ORDERS INFORMATION:
- ORDERS CANCELLATIONS: orders can be cancelled at any time ONLY IF it has not shipped, meaning that tracking information has not been provided via e-mail or text.
- CANCEL VIA E-MAIL: You can “only” cancel via e-mail to orders@rtaproducts.com. NOTE: Make sure to always include your ORDER#. Without that information orders will not be cancelled.
- NOTE: Should the product been placed inside the truck for shipping and can’t be removed on time or it has already been shipped prior to your e-mail, BUYER will be responsible for its return plus original order shipping costs.
- All boxes returned must be marked as “RETURN / RMA#”

CARRIER DELIVERY ISSUES & NOTIFICATIONS:
Non-delivery / Lost package: Notify our team by e-mail support@technisportusa.com WITHIN 5 DAYS of delivery ETA notification provided by carrier.
- Techni Sport will open an investigation with carrier for loss or incorrect delivery of the package. Our team will advise about actions being taken involving package trace.
- Should carrier provide “signed” proof of delivery and confirm delivery to the buyer’s provided address, Techni Sport will not replace or issue a refund. It is up to the buyer’s responsibility to locate the package.
- Techni Sport will not initiate an investigation any time AFTER 10 DAYS of initial carrier ETA notification, nor will provide a refund or replacement. It is the buyer’s responsibility to locate the package or contact carrier directly for assistance.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International buyer are responsible for their own country’s import duties and local taxes.
> Standard Holiday Promotions: Price adjustments will be allowed within 7 days prior to promotion launch date.
> Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Christmas Promotions: due to its date sensitive short duration, price adjustment will be allowed within 2 days prior to launch date.
