I was skeptical on the back support pillow and velvet like trim, thinking its a gimmick and the velvet may be cheap or peel away over time but, I was mistaken. Its highly comfortable, feels high quality, set-up was a breeze, I use the pillow all the time, and the arm rests are just what I was looking for, and the logo isn't beaming out at you like most other chairs. There was one good 10 minute video review for it which helped me a lot.

Though there is one thing; it came slightly damaged. The seat plastic trim pieces on the base are held on by 1 screw and it snapped off during shipping. Even though its high quality plastic, I think it should either not come assembled or maybe secure it with an additional screw. But they are sending me a replacement; their customer service is wonderful.

Overall this chair is great and I'm glad made this purchase.

Definitely the best gaming chair that I have had so far. It is very comfortable and even with being used many hours at a time (WFH) it has not started to show any sort of wear yet. I do wish it would have a footrest option, that is really the only thing in my opinion that would make it perfect. It would also be nice if the arms could extend out to the sides a bit more for us people that cannot sit straight for the lives of us. Would definitely recommend as a more viable option for people considering getting *that* super expensive gaming chair. **Admins please get the upgraded roller wheels back in stock!**

I bought this after my wife had purchased another Technisport so I kind of knew what I was getting. I use this as my work from home chair and love all the options for the arms and tilt during long meetings. Well done.
