Circuit 40” Red Round Chair Mat

This chair is what I needed/wanted! Love it, highly recommendヅ

This mat is designed for hardwood floors, not medium pile carpet. That said, it will protect the carpet, though it will slide around a bit. Also because it isn't on a firm surface, the chair doesn't move as freely. At least this won't shatter into plastic shards like some of the clear chair mats do.

I have been looking for the perfect chair mat since putting down laminate wood flooring in my office. I have tried everything from rugs to door mats, but they all have some problem or another, mainly they don’t want to stay in place or bunch up. This may not be an issue for everyone but at 5’10” and 195 pounds it is an issue for me. I have also tried various types of wheels and the problem persists. The Techni Sport Circuit 40” works pretty well though. It protects the floor well and keeps my chair in place when while using it and the chair rolls with little effort when I want to move it. I also think the graphics printed on it are nice but it would be great if they could be customized. The 40 inch size seems to be the perfect size as long as it stays where you want it. This brings me to the downside. It does stay in place pretty well; better than most I have tried, but if I get in and out of the chair a few time it will tend to move out of place and eventually bunch up or the wheels will be off the mat. Carpet tape would probably fix this but I am afraid that might damage the floor. Also, you have pets this mat acts as a lint brush and collects every bit of hair and dust around. I wish I had ordered a darker color because it really shows up on the red one. Overall, it is the best solution I have found and I am happy with the performance and quality of the mat and would recommend the Techni Sport Circuit 40” Round Chair Mat.
