Great service for great chair

I needed new armrests because the housekeeper ruined mine. Techni sent me the right parts to keep my chair functioning perfectly.

Could not have been better.

I love the quality of this product and various adjustment modifications implemented to the armrest compared to that which came standard with the chair. The chair itself is very comfortable well-designed and durable.

They’re “Ehhh”

These 100% should have been the stock armrests for sure, especially considering how uncomfortable they are. Almost no padding, but at least they move (slightly) 4D. Nothing special though.
