I had ordered the pink and gray gaming chair for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened the box it was a black less expensive chair. I felt really horrible that she didn't get what she wanted. HOWEVER, accidents happen and things get overlooked, we are all human. Let me just say that the customer service team jumped on this issue and fixed this problem for me super fast. Although I didn't reorder the pink and gray gaming chair, she did kinda like the black one and the team at TechniSport issued me a refund of the difference between the 2 chairs and I got that really quickly too. The prompt, courteous customer service made things right by us and we would definitely do business with them again.
